Beta Club Meetings:

Officers will meet from 4:10-5:00 on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Mrs. Wood’s room.

The whole club will meet once a month on the 4th Tuesday of the month in the LRC from 4:10-5:00. This will equate to 4 club meetings each semester. 

Please understand that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather. In the event that a meeting date is changed,

Betas will be notified in advance via email and TalkingPoints.

Important Dates:

August 18th - Applications and membership fees due to Ms. Darcy by 2:00 PM.

September 10th - Induction Ceremony at 2:00 PM at Journey Church (new members and officers only)

September 16th - Hispanic Heritage Fiesta with the NC Zoo (2 service events)

October - Socktober (1 kit = 1 service event)

October 7^th - Fall Festival at Randleman First Wesleyan (2 service events)

October 21^st - Boo at the Zoo (2 service events)

October 22^nd - Boo at the Zoo (2 service events)

October 27th - Founder’s Day (1 kit = 1 service event)

October 28^th - Boo at the Zoo (2 service events)

October 29^th- Boo at the Zoo (2 service events)

November 28th - Dairi-O's Spirit Night

December 1^st - Asheboro Christmas Parade with the NC Zoo (1 service event)

December 1st-12th - 12 Days of Service (1 service event)

January 26-28th - State Beta Convention in Greensboro, North Carolina

February 27th - Dairi-O's Spirit Night

March 20th-31st - Spring into Service (1 service event)

May 3^rd - End-of-Year Party

June 16-19th - National Beta Convention in Savannah, Georgia (exact dates of travel TBD)

Additional service event opportunities will be communicated at chapter meetings, via email, and TalkingPoints as they become available. 

National Senior Convention 2024

National Convention 2024 will be held in Savannah, Georgia on June 16-19th. Our exact dates of travel have not been confirmed at this time.
